Ingredients:
1 - 8 ounce Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (Blue colored bag)
1/2 lb pork sausage
3 large onions grated
3 celery stalks ground
1/2 bunch parsley
1/8 pound butter
dash sage
1 chopped green pepper
1 1/2 chicken boullion cubes
1 egg
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Melt sausage. Add all ingredients except egg which is added just
before stuffing the bird.
If baking a 27 pound turkey, the following ingredients
apply:
2 -1 pound packages Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (Blue colored
bag)
4 lb pork sausage
8 large onions grated
6 celery stalks ground
1/2 bunch parsley
2 chopped green peppers
Also add proportinally more water, chicken boullion butter, parsley
and sage |
